What capabilities are covered?
Integrated practice across data, engineering and cloud, AI and ML, delivery and operations, and professional effectiveness — including communication, review, documentation and execution under feedback.
Are AI, Data Analytics and Data Engineering separate courses?
No. They are capability pathways practised inside one integrated WorkReady programme — not separate specialist qualifications sold as standalone products.
What kind of practical work is involved?
Projects, pipeline and analytics tasks, workplace-style simulations, reviews, written updates and capstone defence. Work is reviewed; attendance alone is not treated as proof of capability.
How is work reviewed?
Mentor and peer review of artefacts, explanations and decisions. Feedback is meant to change the next attempt — not to rubber-stamp completion.
What does “professional capability” mean?
The ability to produce work, explain decisions, absorb feedback and operate with business understanding and communication — evidence someone can discuss, not a certificate claim alone.
Will you teach Agentic AI?
Yes: workflows, tools, APIs, permissions, human approval, error handling, evaluation and observability — within the integrated capability system.
Will you teach AWS and Azure?
Yes. The programme covers Google Cloud, AWS and Azure. Hands-on lab depth on each platform can vary by cohort, so ask us about the current cohort.
Do I need coding experience?
Basic familiarity helps, but you do not need to be an expert. Fit discussion establishes your current level. The programme is intensive and requires consistent practice.
Do I need my own laptop?
Yes. Bring a modern laptop with at least 8 GB RAM (16 GB preferred), reliable Wi-Fi, webcam and headset. Software requirements are shared during onboarding.
What is the Capability Passport?
A structured evidence profile covering technical capability, problem solving, communication, presentation, AI judgment, delivery discipline, ownership and professional behaviour.
Will I receive a certificate?
Qualifying associates may receive a completion certificate and a structured Capability Passport reflecting assessed areas of capability. Certificates are not the primary product.
